Prost Pub Yearly Membership Terms and Conditions
 

Membership Benefits:

• Membership Fee: $750 per year.

• Drink Discount: Members receive 50% off all drinks.

  • A $750 credit will be applied to your rewards account, allowing you to enjoy up to $1,500 worth of drinks at no additional cost.

  • Drinks purchased after credit is used up are subject to a 50% discount. 

• Food Discount: Members receive 10% off all food purchases.

• Apparel Discount: Members receive 10% off any apparel sold at the bar.

• Good for 12 months after purchase. 
   

Membership Usage:

• Membership Holder: The membership is only valid for the holder and their spouse or significant other. 

  • Member information is collected at the time of sign-up and is not transferable.​

  • Membership benefits are not useable to purchase items for other individuals outside of the membership. 

• Daily Limit: The membership benefits can be used up to $50 per day (based off of MSRP of the drinks), three days a week.

  • Days of the week are not limited but can not be used on more than 3 separate days of the week and not more than 3 days consecutively spaning over into the following week. This is to promote responsible drinking.  ​

  • Membership weeks run from Monday-Sunday

• Safety and Responsibility: Prost Pub reserves the right to cut off any member if we believe they have overconsumed and it is not safe for them to continue drinking.

  • While this is a drinking membership, we always promote responsible drinking and recommend limiting alcohol consumption to one day per week.
     

Additional Terms:

• Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• ID Verification: Members must present a valid ID to verify their membership status when redeeming benefits.

• Compliance: Members must comply with all Prost Pub policies and local alcohol laws.

• Termination of Membership: Prost Pub reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund if the member violates any of these terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior.
